SUBJECT:     Final Information for Job Application Package

The Job Application package is due in its final (workshopped) form on Friday, September 20. In the package you should include the following:

Cover Memo
Application Letter
Resume
two workshopped copies of total package (memo, letter, resume)
(optional) signed Permission Form for Use of Student Writing (p. 1 of course pack)

Put all materials in 10 x 13 envelope with the following information in the upper left corner:

Your name
course name (Tech Writing)
course number (ENC2210)
section number (1755 or 1757)
My name (Zach Whalen)

In this assignment I will be specifically looking for structure (following the designated format, i.e. full block for the letter), style (concision, correctness), and effectiveness (I will evaluate the application materials as if I were the potential employer).

All materials are due at the beginning of class on Friday. We will also introduce the next project on Friday.
